Anyone else kinda annoyed that CBS is now willing to bring back Charlie Sheen???
I don’t know BDSM. I think the gay man property premium should be higher than the single woman premium. I would say:
– Gays : 10% premium to market
– Single women : 5% premium to market
– Childless couples : market
– Couples with children : 5% discount to market
– Single men and lesbians : 10% discount to market
– Anyone with cats : 100% discount to market
