Anyways the point is there is no insurance better than buying a house from a long-term gay couple that has lived in it for a number of years.

Yes, sadly younger gays have lost the aesthetic sensibilities of older gays since, by definition, these genes are not being passed down through generations. I fear that class and good taste among gays will die out in the not-too-distant future and we’ll be left with nothing but gay trash that not only couldn’t throw a dinner party but wouldn’t even know what one is.
I really like that house on S. Ferris and the price is kinda right too.
