  1. Jessi-well, that’s what I am afraid of – I have NO clue if it’s near what I was making – I am willing to take a cut – $10k-$15K at most – also I will admit it’s a step backwards as it would be a project coordinator type position and it’s not in a field I am entirely interested in now – but so what! it’s a job with benefits and it’s sorta like a 9-5 type job – nothing I would be “taking home” with me like my old job….and they have a cafeteria with free drinks! – I mean can you really beat that 😉

  2. “need recommendation of lawyer to evict a non-paying tenant. is 6 months and $7k sound about right for time and cost?”

$5k is all my guy will charge. Just put the tenant’s name and $5k in cash in a red envelope and bring it to the next gathering. Helpful if you know particular times and places where the tenant is likely to be found, the farther away from the apartment the better.

  3. whats crazy for me is that in essence I will be a year out of REAL work in June when I am ready to return to the working world after having the baby – my temp job actually offered me a position if one is available when I am ready to return b/c they liked me so much – so am hoping that I can get a job in June. Being laid off is tough – however I do believe 100% it was meant to be – yes one is very angry and upset at first – but most people do turn being laid off into a new opportunity that will set their path
