Anyone whose claim to fame is talking to MJ for a few hours is not a serious journalist in my mind. Are they digging in the crates now for tv talent? If so, I’m totally available.

Actually my dad (who has rental properties) has done the same thing BDSM’s friend has done. He usually shows up with a roll of cash that will look really sweet to any tenant and says something like “if you and your stuff are gone by x day I’ll give this to you.” He’ll even sign something that says that so they’ll trust that they’ll get the money.
M4L, think of how nice a roll of 10 $100 bills is going to look to this tenant. Tell them to be gone in a week. See if it works. $1k and one week is a hell of a lot better than $7k and 6 months.
