  1. About 10 years ago I used to go to the Pirelli complex in Milan on business (most people are not aware of it, but Pirelli used to be a major force in fiber optics).

At the time I was going there, they were converting their former manufacturing site in Milan into an office complex. One of those factories had a cooling tower, even though it was not a nuclear plant. The architects kept the cooling tower, and built a glass shell around it. The tower is used for meeting spaces.

Here is a photo of it:

Pretty cool. I used to LOVE going to Milan.

  2. Dave, very few lawyers are generalists. A solo practitioner would probably be able to answer your question as they usually know the answers to the stuff non-lawyers assume all lawyers should know.

Or wait, you used a capital D in Dodge – are you just trying to start a car pun fest? Cause you’ve got Nova idea what you’re talking about.

  3. “Seems odd that a lwayer doesn’t know what’s legal or not with a joint checking account.”

I don’t deal in trivialities, DIBS. If you want to do a merger, give me a call. If you want to know who has signing authority over your checking account, call the compliance officer for your local community bank.

[Trying to be as condescending as you were with gem on the evolution discussion]

    Now I’m really audi.

  4. “Why do almost all articles on nuclear power show pictures of cooling towers, which are not limited to nuclear power plants and are not used for many nuclear power plants (including the ones in Japan)?”

Because that is the image most folks associate with nuclear power plants, rightly or wrongly.
