Seems odd that a lwayer doesn’t know what’s legal or not with a joint checking account.
Media question:
Why do almost all articles on nuclear power show pictures of cooling towers, which are not limited to nuclear power plants and are not used for many nuclear power plants (including the ones in Japan)?
I never saw anyone check a signature card, though the guy did haev a screen in front of him so he probably did it that way.
M4L, the point isn’t whether it’s meaningful to the bank (it’s Citibank, somehow I don’t think they give a fuck about my itty bitty withdrawal). Point is at some point they’ve got to wonder about a guy taking most of the money out of a joint checking account with his wife. OTOH it’s a joint account, either holder can do whatever. So whatever.
