people have always made same observations about younger gen.
makes u sound old.
the age-group you are referring to is notorious for unawareness of anyone other than peer group.
a one time 5,000 dollar sterilization voucher would a good thing. maybe make it 10,000 dollars.. will definitely wind up saving money in the end. if i was a chick i’d let my insides get scooped out for 10K!
Overturning Roe v. Wade would be great for the NY economy! Especially in places like Buffalo where people would come from places like Ohio and Indiana to go to clinics.
One thing I have noticed on the subway is that someone will almost give up their seat for a kid.
It happens almost every time when I’m a full car with my 9 year old.
On the kids being rude issue, I think it is almost entirely the parents and environment in which they are brought up. A number of my friends have kids across the age spectrum, and they all seem to be quite polite and “civilized.”
On the other hand, my nephew who is the same age of my son shows signs of turning into a monster, and I think it is because my sister never tells him no or calls him out on his rudeness.
actually the sterilization voucher should be for women AND men! i would get a vasectomy for 10K! (id even do it for 20 bux!)
*rob*
ENY, what thread are you talking about?
rob – Some of us old people don’t look as old as we are!

I can’t help but think there is an anti-LIU bias at Brownstoner.com!
“in fear that the 5 year old turns into Chucky and goes buck on the train screaming”
ROFL! I’ve witnessed a few Chuckies and Chuckettes!
