from the ‘it’s amazing what white people get away with’ file, did you see this article in the NYT? The article is supposed to be a counter to all the notorious cop shootings, cuz here’s an example of cops that arrested a guy without shooting, after he busted off eight shots, including into a cop car. But the para that caught my attn was:
“The police said that Mr. Gallo had been arrested several times in the past, most recently last March, when he fired a different Glock at people a block away from his home but did not hit anyone. Mr. Gallo was scheduled to appear in criminal court on Thursday to face those charges.”
So, how is this guy out on the streets after attempted murder?

I think Obama gave a real zinger to Romney other day. Somehow giving him credit for influencing the health care care reform….something along modeled on what he did in Mass. while governor.
of course this was totally done to lessen Romney credibility with the tea-baggers.
