I think homeowners who live near the bar have legit complaints about noise and such. People telling them this is NYC and move if they don’t like the noise are usually those who have no worries about sports bars opening up in their backyards. I think the size of this palce, and the seating capacity make it an issue in a neighborhood like Park Slope. But other bars and restaurants are usually assets. We’ll see how it all plays out.
