NYU should get an award from some marketing organization. Thirty years ago they were a second, perhaps even third-tier chool that was busted, and had to sell off their engineering school.
Since then, they have done a masterful job of riding piggyback on NYC’s comeback. A good number of the kids who go there do so cause, well, it’s cool to go to college in NYC. They have built up their brand to the point of charging one of the highest tuitions in the country, even though their academic program doesn’t merit it.
Sorry to hear about this, DCB…she sounds like a sociopath.
No lech, I have absolutely no thoughts on the matter. I have a small hangover and I’m really only looking forward to my lunchtime massage, not some stupid probability problem.
“At issue, as part of the divorce we agreed to sell some Hamptons land and put it in trust for the two kids. For three yrs she has refused. I emailed her she now has to do it as kids are getting older.”
DCB;
Hope it works out, especially for your kids.
That’s all for me today. In a good mood today. After 2.5 years of work, we received our first major order from a well-known supercomputing company.
DCB, what part of the agreement is she challenging? Why isn’t the prior decision binding?
OK thanks Rosie.

No pity for buyer’s remorse.
Yes, denton, FINALLY. They reported a blow out quarter.

“Especially for the kids, who will see their NYU tuition go to the lawyers instead.”
That is why there is no such thing as winning in this situation.
DCB – your ex sounds like a terrible person! 🙁

Does she want the money for herself?
