I read a profile of the President of NYU a year or two ago. He spends most of his time raising money but still likes to teach a course called ‘Religion and Baseball’ apparently.
If I were a NYU parent don’t think I’d be happy paying $45k for ‘Religion and Baseball’.
(Each a worthy subject in its own right, but combo seems frivolous.)
BDSM, you clean the coop every day? Totally not necessary. Chickens are pretty low maintenance. Chicken shit is foul, almost as bad as pig shit, but they’re actually very easy animals to deal with.
when me and my ex broke up, me and my new roommates at the time went back to the apartment to pick up the remainder of my belongings when he wasn’t there and we had a looting party (of his stuff). i did feel bad however and returned a lot of stuff that they stole.
Can’t tell you about raising chicken in cold weather, but they are a lot of work. you have the feed and water every day. You got to clean up the poo everyday as well. Are you going to get a rooster? You neighbors might not like him cockadoodling every morning.

“I find NYU is more worth the buck now than it was when I looked at it eons ago”
for grad school maybe – not undergrad.

DH, there are legit juicy leases to be had in NYC? hehe, you got your answer there.
DCB, sorry you are having to go through that.
I’ve seen some nice divorces and some very nasty ones.
The odd thing is that it seems impossible to predict in advance how things will go.
