Clinton/Washington C Train Subway Station drug dealing update
They are gone! I haven’t seen the dealers for a week now. I know it is self-congratulatory but I like to think that my campaign of daily calls to the different phone numbers/departments at the 88th Precinct made a difference.
(Community Policing, Youth officer, Crime Prevention Hotline etc.)
bxgrl, I’ve never cooked venison myself. Venison from a restaurant is one of the best meals you can have but I think the stuff hunted wild and dressed is far from that.
Only had venison once. A friend went hunting- luckily when he brought the steaks over it no longer looked like Bambi. But I didn’t much like the taste and the steaks were dry and rubbery. I take it, that is not how they should be?
We have alt side today & one car that had still been under a complete blanket of snow has finally left. We have 2 berms that are about 4′ tall *7 or 8 feet long – it’ll be interesting to see if Sanit does anything to them.

Venison is not fatty so it takes more skill to cook it properly. It is terrific when done correctly.
DIBS, again, if not for the last activity, I would try to get myself invited for dinner
We all need to invite ourselves over to dave’s for dinner.

Slopie: Yes, and would someone please tell the unscrupulous dog walkers of South Slope that dog poop doesn’t melt and vanish when the snow does!
Yes, I found plenty of that buried in the snow piles. Gross.
I made dinner last night.
Prosciutto de Parma with roasted red peppers and buffala mozzarella
Fazzoletti with duck ragu that I brough back from a Philly restaurant
Lobster over pappardelle with tomato cream sauce.
