Venison is delish.
We moved V day from Monday to Saturday this year. Made:
1. Steak from the farm in VT.
2. Spicy white beans and kale.
3. Asparagus tossed in a shallot / vinagrette sauce.
4. Lots of wine.
I didn’t know that, deLepp. isn’t the vast majority of venison served in restaurants farm raised? Is that still an issue?
Rant! People are so stoooopid! A car double-parked for alt side has opted to position herself opposite one of the 2 berms – thereby leaving as narrow a passage as possible for trucks to get by. 85% of the street is clear & she’s the first car to have moved so wide range of choices.

Venison should always be rare as well. If people have a problem with that then they shouldn’t order it.
yikes bxgrl, when done right venison is tasty. Dry and rubbery sounds like cooking snafu.
