  1. “Someone left a magazine on the floor with a picture of Cher on the front.”

THIS was the big observation we were waiting with baited breath for? That does it- that will be the last time I hang on jackal’s every word, lusting for the next BIG OBSERVATION. *SOB* You’ve fallen so low!

  2. “No, jackal. Tell us. Tell us because we’re dying to know. What did you see when you walked into the men’s room of Barnes & Noble on 54th Street?”

  3. No, jackal. Tell us. Tell us because we’re dying to know. What did you see when you walked into the men’s room of Barnes & Noble on 54th Street?

[I need to call my agent. I need a better gig.]

  4. We eagerly await the minutes.

Question: Does this mean the Left-Behinds at Lunch Club must also post their minutes as well? I mean, damn, I better start redacting some of those documents.

  5. and you post on a blog that’s primary focus is GENTRIFICATION

that’s like watching the food network and complaining all the shows are about food.

you could easily separate yourself from the things you don’t like. this city is huge.

  6. DH – ah ok, so you are thinking more western queens that are easy commutes. well you can’t beat sunnyside/woodside/Jackson Hts/Astoria/LIC. Interesting about Ridgewood – I haven’t been over there since the late 90’s when I worked in a medical office and had to drive on the friggin Van Wyck to Atlantic – it wasn’t very pretty out there if I recall……

Rob – how is Queens more expensive than BK?
