G10, MSFT a very controversial stock right now. I own it and plan to do so for the foreseeable future. It’s not getting ‘pounded’, it’s down half a buck since the beginning of the year.
The nay-sayers say, computing is moving to the cloud and to hand-held devices so OS and Office sales will die. However that has shown no sign of actually happening yet.
The value investing crowd, of which I am one, points out that even if the above is true, msft is a money machine, they have $40 billion in cash in the bank (that’s almost $5 a share) and are buying back shares and do pay a dividend. They have also paid large one-time dividends in the past.
msft isn’t going out of business anytime soon.
so people arent allowed to pick and choose who they want to live in their basement or upstairs apartment? :-/ i dont believe in discrimination, but if you are renting out an apartment in your home you should be allowed to deny anyone you want based on whatever reason you want. it seems like a serious unenforceable law anyway.
legion, i would NEVER in a million years rent to someone who needed a guarantor. let me guess who these two MF’s were… two white chicks in the mid to late 20’s right?

AMENDED AND RESTATED DRAFT MINUTES
The Republican Men’s Lunch Club concluded its weekly meeting [[[STRIKE – a short time ago]]]] AT APPROXIMATELY 1:00 P.M. FRIDAY FEBRUARY 11, 2011.
We were surprised to learn that Jessibaby is a Republican and a man, but there she was.
Topics of discussion included realtors, Morocco, whether or not a particular member of the lunch club is comfortable having his boyfriends along on trips to Bangkok, Irvington, Irish car bombs, infidelity in gay couples, CGar, benson, bxgrl, mopar, montrose morris and DH.
Also discussed was floppy donkey dick, nymphomaniacs and gay bath houses.
Consumed by those present were: beef with broccoli, tofu(humper) with pork, and some spicy-ass chicken with red chilis. The meeting particiants voted unanimously that the record should reflect that the food was great.
These minutes will be filed in the minute book of the club upon approval of the members at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
