I am sitting in my house freezing waiting for the plumber. The valve on my boiler failed yesterday. Why is it that the boiler has a problem on the coldest day of the year and the frige dies on the hotest day of the year. I have the water running, hoping my pipes don’t freeze. Wish me luck.
BSM, maybe you should go ask for a p/t job with Mr B as this site needs a ton of technical help – ie one can almost prediction another technical glitch forthcoming around the corner

I feel bad for all those poor lurkers and Twits who can’t benefit from BSM’s advice because they’re only here for the real estate and avoid the OT.
I’m not logging back on until this adobe flash problem is fixed. It makes my computer freeze and is extremely annoying. See you all tomorrow.

I think Mr B’s failing here was in accepting Flash ads.
Many sites do not except them due to performance and stability issues.
