Dave, to the left of the list of your add-ons is a drop-down box. Click on “Show all add-ons”. On my computer, Shockwave was the last add-on, and it was enabled. Now it’s not. And it appears to have solved the problem.
I take this as another sign that Mr. B. is asleep at the switch wrt this site. I’ve given up trying to access this site altogether when I’m on the road and have my Blackberry. It takes forever, and many times drains my batteries. How about a mobile version??????

Mr. B, you really gotta fix this cause you realize that the way around this annoyance is for your readers (us) to turn off/block your ads. Your paying customers (businesses paying to advertise on your pages) won’t like that one bit.

DIB – it should be listed under Adobe. Try sorting by name. It should be the first add-on.
