Re, beautiful country pictures, I know that in order to be happy where I am living, I need easy access to the woods (in mountains or otherwise) AND the Atlantic Ocean. I need to be on the East Coast.
My friend in Stuyvesant Town (Manhattan 18-20st) is freezing. 60 degrees in her apartment last night. The place went from a wonderful, affordable enclave in lower Manhattan to a mess. Long disasterous real estate story. I’ll bring one of those radiator space heaters.

Actually, the official HQ address is 399 park Ave, most likely the building at the corner of 54th and Park.

Beautiful, Lech. Can you use a snow mobile on those old roads? Those things are killers — you can’t tell your kids you have one — but fun.
