  1. “I am not signing off on any Lincoln town cars to Westchester for trips originating before 11pm or reimbursing receipts for bacon cheeseburgers. And what’s this hand scrawled napkin say? Montero $275 client development?”

Slopey, I’m quite certain you’ll continue to sign off on jackal’s black cars, Snappy’s bacon cheeseburgers, my Montero’s business development meetings, and jessi’s business trips abroad, so long as you want us to sign off on the improvements to your “home office” – each of your partners could have bought their own Brownstone for what your home office has cost the firm.

And, cobble, ZIP IT!!!!! You’d be well-advised not to bite the hands of the lawyers who successfully quashed the investigation into your “alleged” use of PLUSA funds for your trip to Jamaica.

  2. “…here we go.

Is it in the constitution? simple yes or no.”

No we don’t go because I can tell from your question you don’t understand what the Supreme Court actually does, and what the interpretation of basics rights are. Read what Slopey said- hopefully that will clarify it for you.

    >GOP…is to first worry about malpractice suits

“The one thing I can agree with those otherwise retrograde thinkers”

    CMU,
If you start your arguments with an ad hominem attack,
it tends to diminish the strength of your facts.
Try it again, respecting that fully half of your fellow citizens may not agree with your position.
As far as “retrograde” thinking, better ask our new Democratic Governor why he’s adopting Republican Governor Christie’s “retrograde” approach to our budget deficit here in New York.

  4. “Perhaps the “concept” of medicare and Social Security was a success but the implementation by the government, true to form, has been an utter failure.”

If they fix these two things this country could afford to provide healthcare AND retirement benefits for everyone, but nope. We continue with this same broken system and instead of focusing on that we are focused on abortions. *sigh*
