I just figured out what the keys are for, one is for the legionmobile bat cave. (Chucking it out the window.) I think the other one is for the PLUSA Safe Deposit Box.
“I don’t see that right in our current constitution, I see a supreme court case that makes it legal.
That is different from a “right” which implies that the federal government is obliged by our social contract to ensure it.”
Legion- You really should take a course in government because how the Supreme Court works and its relationship to the constitution is not open to your rather creative misinterpretation.
“No we don’t go because I can tell from your question you don’t understand what the Supreme Court actually does, and what the interpretation of basics rights are. Read what Slopey said- hopefully that will clarify it for you”
bxgrl,
Yes, of course, I don’t know what the Supreme Court does.
Of course you have all the understanding and moral authority on your side.
Take a breather and realize a few simple points that may put things in perspective:
1. Although you ascribe the entire weight and authority of moral certitude to your position on “pro-choice”, please understand that you are laboring under a misconception.
That is, the idea that you actually can do what you want with your body.
Can you get a disease like say, Tuberculosis, and go around spreading it to your fellow citizens?
Can you choose to leave your body to be eaten by wolves?
Can you choose to jump off a building at your time and convenience?
Can you maim yourself as a public statement for some political cause?
“And, cobble, ZIP IT!!!!! You’d be well-advised not to bite the hands of the lawyers who successfully quashed the investigation into your “alleged” use of PLUSA funds for your trip to Jamaica.”
LOL! I wish there were PLUSA funds to pinch to go to Jamaica, right now!! Lemme see what we have in the cash box…
Hmm….two mysterious keys, one marble, a piece of string, 3 post-its with various PLUSA phone numbers, $2400 in Monopoly money, 3 bakugan toys, and 6 CobbleSnaps Production buttons, and $0.37 in pennies!!!! : (
With all due respect to your knowledge as a lawyer,
bxgrl made the statement that it is a “constitutional” right to have an abortion.
I don’t see that right in our current constitution, I see a supreme court case that makes it legal.

“CMU,
If you start your arguments with an ad hominem attack,”
How is what he said an ad hominem attack? That’s ridiculous- especially considering the things you and others say about Democrats, now you’re complaining?
“One of the most widely misused terms on the Net is “ad hominem”. It is most often introduced into a discussion by certain delicate types, delicate of personality and mind, whenever their opponents resort to a bit of sarcasm. As soon as the suspicion of an insult appears, they summon the angels of ad hominem to smite down their foes, before ascending to argument heaven in a blaze of sanctimonious glory. They may not have much up top, but by God, they don’t need it when they’ve got ad hominem on their side. It’s the secret weapon that delivers them from any argument unscathed.
In reality, ad hominem is unrelated to sarcasm or personal abuse. Argumentum ad hominem is the logical fallacy of attempting to undermine a speaker’s argument by attacking the speaker instead of addressing the argument. ”

How is what he said an ad hominem attack?
Yes, it was, since he said ” those otherwise retrograde thinkers”
You continue to argue against facts.
Oh, and a lot of glitter. ; )
