Legion, heartwarming story.

I believe a martini should have 3 parts gin, 1 part dry vermouth, and as almost as many olives as I can fit in the glass.

Legion, talking to your boss, and arguing on the internet are two entirely different things. Anyone who doesn’t make that distinction IS a brainless moron. 🙂

well I was walking out of the barber shop }:o)
on Wednesday morning and I see this pigeon walking along the sidewalk with a plastic bag attached to what looks like its leg.
I don’t really think much of it, till I notice that
it’s trying to take off and can’t.
I follow it down the sidewalk a bit and notice that the bag seems to be attached to it’s neck beneath the feathers somehow.
It’s trying to get away from me.

I give chase and he’s doing his best to fly away thinking I’m some sort of pigeon predator.

I finally stop it by putting my foot on the dirty, obviously old plastic bag and I notice that it’s been twisted over time into a fine noose.
At that point a good samaritan stops by and says,
“hey, what you doin’ to that pigeon”

I say, “I’m trying to help it”.

He says’ “good looking out!”

I say “can you go into the barber and get scissors”

He says “no, I’m about to get my hair cut, I don’t want him using the same scissors”…..”but I got a pocket knife”.

I say: “ok, good”

So I grap the pigeon who is fighting to fly away and I take the pocket knife and deftly cut away at the bag close to it’s neck.
Trying not to cut the pigeon’s neck.

SUCCESS!
and he flies right off into an alley without looking back.

That’s how I saved a pigeon from a noose.
