  1. I think I have a pretty good sense when a client is lying to me. I have an awesome bullshit detector. I tend to not do a very good job for clients who I suspect are bullshitting me. I do an excellent job for clients I think are being completely forthright with me.

    I haven’t caught up on the posts but whoever said he/she hides things from his/her own lawyer is a dumbass. I may be insulting one of my peeps right now but whatever.

  2. ENY, all I’m saying is that, there are certain clients whom I know are 100% open and honest with me — admittedly it took time to get to that point — and I know they tell me EVERYTHING.

    We had already run the numbers and we’re saving lots of money by doing this move…. but then I just looked up how much I pay in NYC income taxes and it turns out we’re saving a ton more than we had thought.
