I was just making an observation about the threads today vs. a lot of other days lately. Seems to be feast or famine.
In fairness to Mr. B, there is very little inventory to sustain HOTD and COTD, although people in the OT seem to post great houses and aparments (like the one Ringo posted for me) that never see the light of day on the blog.
BTW, it occurs to me that my observation, which has morphed into a survey, is sure to get me banned . . .

Perhaps you should ask GM and Eastman Kodak how that strategy works out eventually.
When you think you are on top of the world and don’t have to worry about competition, you have the first significant steps towards your eventual demise.

I think Jon sees his money coming from the marketplace in the future. Thus, he is using this side to help that side. Thus, so many of the COTD/HOTD come from the marketplace. Thus, I get annoyed.
I wonder how much of the traffic comes from the OT.

Just want to say I love the apartment you posted for me the other day. I’m going to try and see it this weekend.
Frequently the Wrap &/or Links posts have stimulating topics that might generate more lively exchanges but, after all, this is supposedly about real estate. Just because we use it as a general forum & entertainment venue, we shouldn’t lose sight of it’s basic raison d’etre.
