“It always seemed to me that people went to NOLA to go to hell with themselves, i.e. getting emergency room drunk. ”
well yeah, if you’re a douchebag fratboy you probably won’t be able to control yourself down there. i didn’t set foot anywhere near bourbon st – what a godawful st.
but yeah – the food and (cocktail) drinking is pretty awesome. next time i’m down there i definitely wanna check out commander’s palace. cafe dumond was way too crowded on sunday unfortunately 🙁

Most visitors I’ve been with in the subway are taken aback by how grimy most of them are.
really? where are these people from? im just curious. i mean the subway stations do look a tad grimey, but i think the trains are relatively well maintained and clean for the most part. with the amount of passengers our subways get i dont think it’s feasibly possible to expect anything immaculate.
NYC is filthy. It has this grey aura around it. There aren’t many avenues, boulevards that you can say are beautiful overall like you can with other cities.
haha jackal

New York is the most disgusting city I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing and I’ve been to some cities where running water is rare.
Yes, you make that point regularly.
“aint nothing ridiculous about questioning why someone would have ten pomeranians!”
lmao
When my Mexican BF first got to NYC he was amazed at how dirty it all was.
Chris said and DONE what he said. Cuomo just did the “said” part so before we put him on par with Fat Boy, let him get it DONE first.

That sounds kind of like how DH and I do nights out in BoCoCa.
