M4L, I can bake (sort of); please consider me for a cushy and interesting job. I would prefer to get a job as cultural ambassador. With a nice office please and a little side room where I can take a nap at lunch time (like all civilized people do in China). Thank you.
The issue with grading the clean up efforts in New Jersey one way or the other is that are dozens (if not hundreds) of governments/agencies at various levels that are responsible for snow response in their area of jurisdiction, all to serve a population not much larger than NYC.
For reasons some of you know, I am strangely enthralled with the House of Pain forum thread from Friday concerning some alleged fraud in a short sale. I think I generally believe the story but don’t think we have the complete picture. I’m pressing to know more. Any of my SSCJ&L LLP partners interested in checking it out and chiming in?
Wait…so you missed all the complaints coming out of Jersey City and Newark? Some of those streets went days before they were plowed, which would have happened if Christie were holed up in Trenton or at a buffet in Epcot Center.
Slopey, yes, that was a real doozey.

The dry run commute is a good idea. I think it’s a really big plus that you will be living within walking distance to the train station up there.
I would however try to acertain whether Amtrak runs on the same tracks nearby and blows the whistle at all hours of the night.

so, ishtar, you’re claiming christie is useless, no matter where he happens to be eating his big all-you-can-eat buffet?
Ishtar;
So, in other words, like Pete, you will not provide data, you will just try to spin. Ah, the world of the OT.
