  1. I have a woman like the Park Slope blogger in my building. Her younger son basically likes to reach down into her T-shirt and grab her boobs all the time. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ridden down the elevator with her, trying to chat, her son goes for it, and she says nothing.

    From the article:

Here are some things my daughters, Sophia and Louisa, were never allowed to do:

    • attend a sleepover

    • have a playdate

    • be in a school play

    • complain about not being in a school play

    • watch TV or play computer games

    • choose their own extracurricular activities

    • get any grade less than an A

    • not be the No. 1 student in every subject except gym and drama

    • play any instrument other than the piano or violin

  3. lech – I just read that PS blogger – she wouldn’t have the problem if she didn’t get undressed in front of her kids! “…When I change [my clothes]…”

Rubbish & recycling & xmas trees have been picked up here.

  4. Here’s the way it works kids….unbaptized babies go to Limbo and stay there forever. If you die with some unwashed venial sins on your soul, you go to Purgatory. If you have saved up, or purchased indulgences, you can get out early and up to heaven.

If you die with mortal sins on your soul, it’s straight to hell.

“Remember, your soul is like a piece of wood. When you sin, you drive a nail into it. You van go to confession and get the nail removed, buth the hole is there as a reminder for eternity.”
