shinsetsu – prounounced SHEEN set sue (means kind)
tsuteiki – prounced su-TECH-kee (handsome for a man)
kawaii – prounounced KA wa ee (cute for a woman)
kiree – pronounced kee-REY-ee (pretty)
Konbanwa – pronounced kon-BAN-wa (Good night)

Anyway, you are tsuteiki. She is kawaii and kiree and you are shinsetsu.
