I really don’t lefties/liberals or whatever are ‘freaked’ out at all by her. She poses no threat to them.
Well, actually she does threaten them. Politically, she threatens to excite voters who can check and roll-back toxic Democrat policies (see, e.g., 11/2/10).
Psychologically, she puts the lie to traditional feminism.
So, nice bluff, but even you know what you wrote isn’t true.
I think she even embarrasses most of them. The woman stepped down from office! She “couldn’t be asked” to finish out her term! She had a book and TV deal to do! She’s clearly only in it for money and fame.
So, we should aim for the lowest, dysfunctional common denominator? I guess there are no f’d up gay couples to match the traditional f’d up couple? A good traditional couple is better for a kid, and society than a good gay couple.
LEARN HOW TO QUOTE, dont make it look like i said that. jeez. lowest dysfunctional common denominator? um, what? of course there are fucked up gay couples out there. but guess what? there’s lots of kids out that that no one wants to begin with.. i dont care if a gazelle and a mongoose wanted to adopt a kid, at least they want the damn kid.
Denton, I bet Benson may have said something about the “left” hating Palin, but if you really asked Benson if he thought about Palin’s competancy/desireability of running for higher office, I am guessing that he would think of her as a hindrance to Republican goals. Just a guess.
Yeah, last I heard he was watching Funny Girl under duress.
I adore SP – I hope she’s the party pick. She’d be a better spoiler than even Ralph Effing Nader was.

Does that apply to Obama, who quite the Senate, and had less elected experience beforehand than Palin had when she resigned?
“she’s pretty much a role model for a lot of people.”
And that is a very very sad statement about our culture.
