Benson – real diff b/w hudson river towns and the rest of the county in this respect.
Rye, Harrison, Scarsdale, etc. – all total douchefest towns. I would never live there.
Hastings-on-hudson is lots of ex hippies and artists and stuff. So kind of like park slope. Judgeable but not for being status seeking in i-banker trophy wife fashion.
Irvington and Dobbs Ferry have medium douche factor.
Tarrytown / Sleepy hollow less douchy but not good schools.
my friend was dropping me off at airport in ft. laud last week. As we are pulling up to curb to let me out…his brakes completely fail. Run into back of car also discharging passenger.
No damage to other car but to my friends car – big dent and broken fan of some sort.
Lucky they were not standing behind their car taking out luggage.
Master cylinder failed….no warning.
