What level are the real taxes at?? if the mistake was $800 to $2,400 then those are still low taxes. If it was $2,500 to $7,500 something’s wrong.

Ok, I am going back to work. In addition to being a child care worker at home, I actually worked as a child care worker in a child care institution for kids who were placed there by the courts (messed up families).
I had a Volkswagon Bug with a sun roof and I would pile them in the car and they would stand on the seats and all the kids heads would be sticking out of the roof as we zipped around Staten Island. What a disaster right? I was the no-rules person. Good thing I went into financial services.

My lawyer is confirming the taxes with their attorney. If this is true, and I dont see how the condo docs could be wrong, this was a major lie. Modeling this in Excel shows that the right price at this tax level is $100,000 lower.
