  1. Calling all PLUSAs!

If you’re coming to the party, would you think about saying so in the new Forum post? We really want to generate interest, and encourage gift-giving to RHCC!

And don’t forget to bring a dollar store/inexpensive grab bag gift, too!

  2. I had a similar commute Dona. F stops forever at Bergen, redirected to G track, get of at Hoyt, switch to A, then the A switches over to the F track, but doesn’t really. Somehow end up at West 4th and switch to the right train. wtf.

  3. DCB, this is why each town needs a tough-talking, tobacco chewing, grizzled sherriff instead of courts and lawyers and all that nonsense.

If you think you’ve been discriminated against, go talk to the sherriff. If he thinks you’re wasting his time, he’ll kick you out of his office with his size twelve cowboy boots.

  4. Hellacious commute today.

Oh God. A/C line shut down in Manhattan, A express tracks shut down in Brooklyn; trains diverted in Manhattan over F lines, all A trains over C tracks in Brooklyn. Trains packed to the rafters with people squashed like dark wool little wads into one another. I was obsessed with an Asian lady who was about 4’5″ with very greasy hair who kept swinging her hair near my hands. Oh God. The suffering.

  5. Lech, I was shocked to see this pattern repeat. And shocked that their are no safeguards in the system to shut down a completely idiotic lawsuit.

I had a friend in another state who had a neighbor sue him for “shrinking her head”. I read the complaint myserlf so know this is actually true. It took two years to get it dismissed.
