Very few substitute teacher jobs. The teachers who lost their jobs because their schools were closed are subbing. And I believe the qualifications to sub are higher now and the pay is lower than it was 5 years ago.
I do, dcb but I’m not a programmer. A lot of graphic designers can design websites but not program. I am studying more about the technical stuff but while I can do a lot using several different programs (not dreamweaver though), a webmaster is something else entirely.
