Oh yes, I keep forgetting 4th Ave is in the Slope. Yes — FIOS for Novo, a good distraction to keep the egg tosser entertained and out of mischief.
I liked ‘Nickeled and Dimed’ (and have it if anyone wants to borrow it), though I don’t think I’d characterize myself as a Wal-Mart “hater”.

It did make good points about trying to save on such a small salary – difficult to put together security deposit on rent, etc. I’ve heard that from people in that position.

I can make latkes from the Streit’s box, and if I know which night, I’ll make sure that night’s gifts for my daughter aren’t from the dollar section at Target (although I scored pretty well there yesterday).
