Roebling Inn looks ok if it’s big enough (from their website). I think Snappy’s right that we bring our own “warmth” if the place is ok, and if it’s usually empty, that’s a good thing!
Any suggestions for a party tagline? I think we should include something about yaks 🙂

I love New Orleans- been there a few times, nearly moved down there but hated hated hated the weather. Katrina really did a number to the city and it has a long way to go yet to come back.
Some of those places work OK I guess benson. South Norwalk seems to have attracted some genuine stuff having started off with that sorta thing. And the Inner Harbor in Baltimore is at least not scary, which is quite good for Baltimore.

benson, I think Baltimore was the first of theose riverwalk redeveloments. it actually worked for them, at least that part of baltimore, the rest remaining a shit hole for decades.
They were all done by Rouse.
