Pres. Biff, I am gratified to know our OT president is qualified in the international spectrum. Not only has he lived in another country, he is experienced in both Israeli and Chinese relations, also French-speaking as noted above.

However, most don’t seem to mind it – I once had a great secretary, who knew way more than all the analysts working for me. When I suggested to my boss that he be promoted to analyst it was patiently explained to me that this was impossible in that he didn’t have the right diploma. When I told my scretary about this, he was actually upset at me for talking to my boss, because he was afraid my boss would think I’d put him up to it. And he explained to me that he was quite happy as a secretary in any case – different priorites as well.

And Sarkozy has the equivalent of a Master of Laws from the University of Paris, but failed to get his doctorat from X due to a failing grade in English.
