I’m not blaming Wall Street. I’m blaming certain key elements of the financial sector which oversold, over-financialized and over-mortgaged our economy; it’s just easier to say ‘Wall Street’ as that’s where many of them are.
The point is, both the Repubs and the Tea Party are blaming government (incluing the infamous ‘get govt hands off my Medicare) when it’s main screwup was lax and non-existent regulation. By the Bush admin. Now most of that is also a fact, larded with opinion

I think you’re wrong, delepp. And your statement negates the losses people are experiencing. People get that it’s all intertwined. And that makes it worse for me! There was no sense of prof. corporate responsibility!

Please give details. In what respect did the Bush admin lessen regulation of financial services? Don’t look it up on google.
