BTW — we all missed it but a week ago saturday marked two years since the world was supposed to end (i.e., our first annual end of the world party). I’m almost nostalgic for how fun it was to meet each other for the first time and to contemplate whether What was lurking in the bar. Now we all know each other a little too well, it seems. Anyone feeling especially eschalatogical these days?
whatever your attitudes about money and spending – best to have a mate who is in sync. Otherwise going to be big fights.
Of course if you have a pair who are really bad with money they’ll end up in bankruptcy. Again and again. (my OH’s parents for example).

rob- no, they charge more because they can. Women’s clothes are usually made from more delicate fabrics. They also take more time to iron. And trust me- you would be whining like a baby if you had to deal with periods every month- and G-d only knows how you would react to being pregnant. You couldn’t handle it. And despite your idea that the pay discrepancy is a myth- it isn’t. So, as several other people already said- STFU.
