Rob, prob is the nice houses near proj’s in BK are way pricier. priced out. have to consider NJ. and if my low ball bid is accepted, would be moving to Bay Ridge. Can I blame the moonfaces for house prices too?
This is exactly why I refuse to freeze most foods. It never comes out the way you put it in. Something always goes wrong either in the flavor or the consistency.
i will never be able to wrap my mind around hoboken prices. granted yeah it’s all about the location now.. but even my grandparents who lived in the projects made fun of the dirtbags and trash who lived in hoboken. now it’s worse tho and total yuppieville. isnt it fratboy central on weekend nights too? blech
