Today’s COTD features a listing from Awaye Realty. That listing, and several others from Awaye, appear on the B’Stoner Marketplace listings page. I thought to myself, ‘really? Awaye is paying for listings on B’Stoner after she got the proverbial sock-full-o-nickels beating by the B’Stoners when she lifted that FSBO ad and pics a year ago?
Then I did some digging. Turns out if you google ‘Awaye’ ‘Brownstoner’, the results show the thread where she was verbally beaten about the neck and shoulders for her alleged thievery, but if you click on the link, you will find that it’s been deleted from the B’Stoner archives. It still exists in Google’s cache, but it’s gone from the actual B’Stoner pages.
gem…first of all, no music. Secondly, they did this thing where everyone stood up and said something and 75% of it was Bush bashing.
I said it was tiring, and I came for the music and all i got was people in weird hats, not Easter hats, who didn’t have an original thought in their heads and i walked out.
Jester – That’s St. Augustine’s. I’ve been to a few xenings & things there – it’s pretty strait-laced. (Although it didn’t fall down when I walked in so maybe it is liberal.)
