I can’t watch the video now, but I will tonight. I’m not going to express an opinion on the speech until I do so.

and wasn’t there some recent report where gay couples tend to make way more money and have a more stable household where they remain together setting up a viable family option for children to thrive in?
dunno – but with paladino keeping some chick on the side and then having a baby with side chick – perhaps he really shouldn’t be talking about gay couples and success and happiness for children being raised in that environment etc etc!!!!!!!!!!

My problem with this particular speech from Paladino is the passage where he says he is “live and let live” but that children should not be “brainwashed” (how will that happen anyway?) into thinking that “homosexuality is an equally valid solution” for raising a family. You can’t live and let live if you don’t allow people the same rights.

M4L, there are still bargains, beautiful houses, in southwestern Bed-Stuy. And this area is in District 13, same as Clinton Hill. Plus of course you still have the Chinatown grandparent option.
