Love the baseboard in the entry. NOW that’s how you marry the stair board and baseboard. It’s never done right, but so glad it’s done like that.
And I love the ‘hidden’ door under the stairs. All you see is the seam. I would have used a different (hidden) pull.
It’s all in the details, people. And that’s nicely done.
Kitchen – While I love flush doors and I suspect these are hand made and hand painted cabinets (I hope) and are prolly gorgeous in person. They kinda look bland in photos. Would have liked some paneling on them.

Gem, I think for the next cake (this was a test cake), I’m going to try to rig some sort of “guides”. I have a really long serrated carving knife, so if I can create the right guides I think I can slice it perfectly even.
