  1. Thanks, Donatella, Cobble and Denton! Denton, I like the crispy skin too. I used olive oil, low sodium chicken broth, and various herbs (fresh rosemary, garlic, etc.) I cook it in a pyrex dish, but before, the flavor didn’t go all the way through (even only in spots when I used the flavor injector you recommended) so I want to do a pre-soak/rub before cooking it.

  2. Secondly, aren’t Cornish Game hens a typically republican dish???

    Muffy, what have we planned for dinner this evening.

    Well, Edwin, I asked the cook if she’d do some Cornish Game Hens with white pearl onions.

    Shall we have a cocktail first?
