For my lack of cooking abilities. I make sure I have lots of food for guests and when they stay over, I get up early and prepare breakfast.

it’s no wonder in the brownstoner universe it’s totally unacceptable for a balcony to be located off the bathroom, or an apartment not to have a coat closet. your “friends” would totally go and talk shit about you!

Me too, ET. And I know a lot of people feel that way, so I always tell guests to make themselves at home and to help themselves to anything they want (which is typically beer in the frigde and vodka in the freezer, but still).
