Benson, I asked about it because Mr. B allegedly vets the posts and he himself has indicated he wanted no tomfoolery on the site, hence his repeated banning of the What. People can say whatever they wanna say, and like I said, I won’t lose sleep or sprout extra gray hairs because of it. I highly suggest you learn how to do the same. With that, I bid you good day. Talking to you is starting to feel like talking to a brick wall. You are more than willing to shell out nasty statements to people, like you accuse others of doing, yet you prove yourself incapable of an adult discussion without crying and refusing to even *hear* what someone else is saying. what i want to know is why Italian people hate me so much. I grew up in a predominately Italian nabe and I was TORMENTED. Whenever I go anywhere on the west side on the weekend someone decides to try to pick a fight with me. WTF?
I didn’t read any of the stuff yet. I don’t have the ego strength to talk about anything serious with Benson. WHO I LIKE.
Re going out…..meeting somebody…..
Met my colleague and buddy, who I haven’t seen all summer…..new job for him…..he got sick too…and then he dropped it on me, he lost his dad a few weeks ago, a seriously cool, smart old dude, who had an active law practice at 86. RIP, wonderful old man, old friend’s dad.

coops/condos are just another type of government and so those who are not in office just gripe about how things aren’t they way they think they should be. And bitch and moan about $$$. They think the coop board should devote 100% of their time and energy for free to serve them…but they don’t feel they need to participate other than kvetching.
And anyone on board or committee is immediately suspect of incompetence and dishonestly. And nothing ever done is enough or done right.
