  1. Denton, meet a few veteran mortgage brokers earlier, when I was down in Virgina and N Carolina, and they told me their gut says we’ll see sub 4% rates for 30 yr fixed (rates were above 5 then). I didnt believe/agree with them but now, I’m beginning to believe it more

  2. “I’m not throwing it around lightly at all. But the attack on the Muslim cab driver is eerily reminiscent of the attacks shortly after 9/11 on several turbaned men in different parts of the country. Ignorant people using violence to express their anger over the horrific 9/11 attacks lashed out at innocent people WHO WEREN’T EVEN MUSLIMS — THEY WERE SIKHS! But they thought a guy in a turban must be a Muslim. Sorry, but that’s ignorance, plain and simple.

And there are so many examples of this kind of ignorance in our country. For example, we’ve all seen the statistics about American students who can’t identify major countries on a map. In fact, a survey that got a lot of press in 2006 found that the majority of those surveyed couldn’t find Iraq on a map, half couldn’t even find New York State on a map, and 3 in 10 thought the population of the U.S. was between one and two billion.”

Thanks this proves my point at least – I know Dona and I don’t share this sentiment butI whole-heartedly agree that most americans are lost in their own worlds to care what goes on somewhere else OR are just horribly ignorant incapable of understanding
