  1. Hard to imagine that buying a well-priced and well-located property today that you will hold 30 years at 4% is a bad decision, especially if you have a few bucks in the bank just in case.

All it will take is a coupla years of six or eight percent inflation to make it a big winner.

The loser will be the guys holding this paper.

Some day people will look back and say what an incredible opportunity.

  2. “G10, Jimmy Carter, allegedly the worst president in recent history, is often compared to Obama, who a certain class of people think will be worse than Carter.”

Apparently well over 50% of the population right now.

  3. quote:
In fact, a survey that got a lot of press in 2006 found that the majority of those surveyed couldn’t find Iraq on a map, half couldn’t even find New York State on a map, and 3 in 10 thought the population of the U.S. was between one and two billion.

    maps are difficult!!

i consider myself educated and i probably couldnt find iraq on a map either. why would i want to or care? totally useless information really.

    *rob*

  4. “President Barack Obama: Jimmy Carter, now available in black!!

    HUH?

G10, Jimmy Carter, allegedly the worst president in recent history, is often compared to Obama, who a certain class of people think will be worse than Carter.

I’d laugh, but my friends will get pissed.

  5. Were you called a bigot here, Benson?

    Not by me.

What I would say is that you are very quick to
jump to conclusions that aren’t warranted by what
    people are actually saying.

And that you seem to feel free to insult people.
