Hard to imagine that buying a well-priced and well-located property today that you will hold 30 years at 4% is a bad decision, especially if you have a few bucks in the bank just in case.

All it will take is a coupla years of six or eight percent inflation to make it a big winner.

The loser will be the guys holding this paper.

Some day people will look back and say what an incredible opportunity.

i consider myself educated and i probably couldnt find iraq on a map either. why would i want to or care? totally useless information really.
