Considering how many Muslim families lost people on 9-11- and I do mean men and women who worked in the Towers, and one who was a police cadet who died rescuing others, calling the Cordoba Initiative insensitive or bad neighbors is the height of insensitivity and pretty damn bigoted to boot.
