Legion, you need to watch the Olbermann link.
More than anyone else here on this thread.
…lol
yes I “need” to learn from Keith Olbermann,
that towering intellect at MSNBC who probably
thinks that Kant’s : Critique of Pure Reason
was a skit by Al Franken on SNL.
don’t worry, I’ll take a look at it.
if it’ll assuage your fear of me. 😉
dont even get me started on how im afraid crabs and lice are gonna jump on me!!! and YES they jump. they can jump like 20 feet according to my ex boyfriend lol
*rob*
Did he also tell you he got VD from a doorknob????
You people are talking about the first time you ever saw Muslims like it was the first time you saw an alien.
France never solved the Algerian problem, good luck for them solving the Muslim one.
America has always been the one country that opts for freedom TO rather than freedom FROM…I can wear a scarf because it’s America and I’m free to; in France people are free from me wearing one because of prior incidents.
If America opts to turn from a TO to a FROM country, we’re finished.
“Also, any woman who grows to adulthood within that tradition knows the rules. She has to do what she has to do, but strange men are not supposed to look them in the eye, so I can understand her anger that she is being violated by a bold gaze, a stranger looking at the only part of her that is revealed.”
MM, I only saw her cuz the window was open. She opened it.
I think most people misinterpreted what legion was saying. He did it in a snarky way so that a few took the bait.
In the end, I think he was pointing out that there was some acceptance of the term “honor killing” and that’s what was to be discussed.
I believe legion knows that a killing is a killing.
Though those were his religious beliefs, in the 21st century, in the developed world, that man is a nutcase and should pay a very high price for his crime. It should have been made highly visible as a lesson to anyone else out there who wants to follow Sharia Law that cionflicts with the laws of the United States.

Wait, so why aren’t people crying out for the Hasidic people in Brooklyn to stop wearing their religious clothing??
lol. they can wear what they want but i gotta say when they get on the damn train in 100 degree weather they make me uncomfortable because of how much clothing they are wearing… and the beards make me itch. but then again the beardos who walk around in 100 degree weather are grody too. how can someone have a full beard in 100 degree weather? that is is F’ing gross!!!!!
dont even get me started on how im afraid crabs and lice are gonna jump on me!!! and YES they jump. they can jump like 20 feet according to my ex boyfriend lol
“I’m disappointed and surprised by some of the covert racism in this thread.”
Personally I’m disgusted by it Biff, although not really shocked at all.
if the “covert” racism you’re talking about refers to
the discussion of sharia,
I’m not seeing it, as Muslims are light skinned and light eyed in Eastern Europe, Asian, Aarabic, African, Hispanic and Persion to name only a few.

Can we please ban men from wearing murses.
Means that as soon as a differing opinion is deemed ‘racist’ then all discussion must stop.
