Hi there — long-time reader, fairly new poster. I have a question that’s been killing me. Has the average “reader appraisal” ever exceeded (or even come close to matching) the listed price for a property on Brownstoner?
Cause it seems to me — and this is a casual observation here — that most everyone here is living in a fantasy world where a brownstone in one of the most desirable urban environments in the US should be easily affordable for the average middle class citizen.
It’s meant to understand generational differences between professors and students. Can’t think of a more relaxing job than being a tenured professor at a small liberal arts college. Except maybe working in the college library.
stupid question: do you buy the cheese grated or grate it yourself or do you get a block and melt the cheese than add to mix?

E – why no veal? Standard issue reason?
Not inside a meatball, jessi. Fennel is good as a slaw. or slightly blanched.
Thanks, Dave. Any thoughts on fennel?
