Meatballs:
1 Lb each of Ground beef, veal and pork
Bread crumbs
Parmiggiano reggiano % pecorino cheese
2 Eggs
Mix, roll into balls and fry or bake.
Yum…meatballs.
I’m trying to give up land animals, but some types of food make it really hard. Medium-rare steaks, meatballs, and bacon do me in everytime.
